Dream Live Achieve Academy C.I.C, (DLA) have partnered together with Wilkins Casting Agency (WCA), to bring you the Child’s Talent Agency!!
We are extremely excited to be launching the Child’s Division at Wilkins Casting Agency, along side a very successful and prosperous Adult’s division, which has now been running for 4 years.
The child’s division will be representing newborn babies up to the age of 18, at which point will be moved over to our Adult Division Team to continue representation.
This division will continue to provide amazing opportunities in work for TV, Film, Commercials, Music Videos and Editorial Print, beside the Adults Division, in conjunction with DLA.

Associate Casting Director: Leanne Joseph
Leanne Joseph, Founder of DLAcademy, has been in the Performing Arts Industry for over 15 years, and is experienced in the fields of Dance, Acting, Singer/Songwriting and Modelling, including performing and recording her own written songs, choreographing and featuring in music videos, productions, and featuring in Movies, TV Series, adverts and runway shows.
Over the last 4 years, Leanne has followed her passion to pass on her knowledge and skills to young people of her community, through her academy in Sandwell, to support young people as they venture from child to adult life, helping to build confidence, and provide young people with real industry experience that they have passion and enjoyment for.
Casting Director: Davida Wilkins
Wilkins Casting Agency Director, Davida Wilkins, has over 14 years experience within the modelling and film industry. Her credits include reality TV shows, TV commercials and feature films. Davida’s modelling experience include, clothing brands, hair products and make up for print, exhibition and music video.
In utilising the experience gained and contacts, she now runs a successful talent agency through securing paid work for her talent and offering mentoring and workshops to develop their talent to their full potential. The agency has been representing adults from the age of 17 upwards and with a mutual understanding, the decision to represent children has been long overdue.
